James Mcclanahan

James T. McClanahan, native of Shreveport, LA and resident of Baton Rouge, LA passed away on Friday, September 26, 2014 at the age of 68.
He was a Mechanical Supervisor for ExxonMobil for 36 years and a Former Captain of Team 4 ExxonMobil Fire Squad.
James is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Daudrille Mayeux McClanahan son, James Jason McClanahan two grandchildren, James Christian McClanahan and Cathryn Rose McClanahan motherinlaw, Helen Mayeux two sisters, Carolyn Williams of Houston, TX and Ann Frazier and husband Elmo of New Orleans, LA four sistersinlaw and their spouses , Darcey and Milton Wiggins, Daria and William West, Decky and Robert Pritchard, and Dayna Mayeux three brothersinlaw and their spouses, Dale and Doreene Mayeux, Dean Mayeux and fiance Sandra, and Devin and Sherry Mayeux.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Murrice and Lydia Inell Culp McClanahan.
Visitation will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, on Sunday, September 28, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will resume on Monday, September 29, 2014 from 8:00 am until religious services at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be, Christian McClanahan, Dean Mayeux, Milton Wiggins, Paul Johnson, James Furlow, and Bryan Guillory.
