James Conrad

James Jim Charles Conrad, a native of New Orleans and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, since 2007 passed away at 11 p.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013. He was 66 years old. Jim was a retired accountant by trade and an animal lover at heart. He is survived by his spouse, Jenny Troxler Conrad son, Matthew James Conrad daughter, Bridget Anne Conrad daughterinlaw, Emily Schneller Conrad sisters, Linda Sloan and Sandra Hooge brother Clyde Tinsley and his beloved pets, Eddie and Alli. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Juanita Conrad. Jim will be missed by all who knew and loved him, and his presence will be felt until the end of time. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816, on Monday, August 19, 2013 from 10 am until funeral service at 12 noon. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Special thanks to Dr. Bryan Bienvenu of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, who gave Jim the opportunity to spend years with his family and friends.
