Jackson Smith

Our loving husband and father, Jackson L. "Jack" Smith age 81, passed away on October 25, 2015. He will be dearly missed by his family.

Jackson is survived by his wife, Cleo Smith; children, Faye and Bill Feig, Kaye and Tom Evins, Renee and Jim Lossett, Gary and Elaine Smith, Lisa and David Fennell; grandchildren, Tom Evins, Jr. and Kelli English, Elizabeth Adkins, Katherine Saint, Alison and Christina Smith, Carly Lockhart, Michael, Jonathan, and Jackson Lossett, Meghan, Rebecca, and Michaela Fennell; 15 great grandchildren; and one brother, Carl Smith.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Lee Smith and Ruth Pittman Smith; sisters Irma Lee Brown and Joyce Knight; and brother, Allen Smith.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visiting hours will resume on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until the time of services.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home at 11:00 AM, officiant will be Pastor Wesley Pittman.

Internment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be David Fennell, Jonathan Adkins, Will Saint, Tom Evins, Jr., Michael Lossett, Jonathan Lossett, Steven English, and Martin Madden. Honorary pallbearers will be Jackson Lossett and Benjamin Karp.
