J. Baily

J. Scott Baily Jr., owner of Scott Baily Enterprises passed away on July 31, 2012 at the age of 79. A native of Oxford, PA and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, he is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Catherine Neisler Baily three sons and their spouses, Stephen and Marie Baily, David and Joyce Baily, and Brian and Stephanie Baily six grandchildren, Natalie Baily, Brittany Baily, Luke Baily, Jeremy Baily, Brianna Williams, and Tyler Baily one great grandchild, Alexis Williams one sister, Meta Ann Donohoe and three brothers, Stewart, Eddie, and Dennis Baily. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Sr. and Meta Baily. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 4 pm until 7 pm and will resume on Friday from 10 am until religious services at 11 am. A Navy veteran serving in the Korean War, Scott graduated from Franklin Marshall College in PA with his Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to start his own business in 1969 and was a member of the South East Lions Club, Tip Masters, and past president of NOMDA.
