A retired general contractor, he died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 65 and a resident and native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Thursday, March 11, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Lee Shipp, pastor. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his mother, Patricia Smith daughter, Shannon Strom two sons, Harry Lee Smith III and Joseph Smith and seven grandchildren.
