Gregory Michael Naquin, beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend died peacefully in his home on October 31, 2021. Greg was 72.
Survived by his children, Kristen Naquin Johnson (Ronnie) and Scott Naquin (Shelley), granddaughters, Emma and Anna Johnson, and Lillian Naquin. Also survived by his wife, Margie Naquin, step son Michael Windham, and step grandchildren, Ashley and Kolton Rainey. Brother of Barbara Dupre, James Naquin, and their families. Former husband to Gale Naquin and her family.
Preceded in death by his parents, Nolan and Gladys Naquin, his former wife Francie Hannaman Naquin, and step daughter Michelle Windham.
Greg was valedictorian of Catholic High School (1966), received a B.S. in Finance at LSU (1970), and received his Masters in Business Administration at LSU (1971). He had a successful career in investment banking. He enjoyed anything LSU, travel, writing poetry, dancing to jazz and Motown tunes, and his Johnny Walker Red & soda with a twist of lime, his signature drink.
Visitation at 9am, followed by a memorial mass at 10am at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Baton Rouge, La, on Thursday November 4, 2021, 445 Marquette Ave, Baton Rouge, La, 70806.
