Glenoid B. Gregory

Glenoid B. Gregory, born March 31, 1925, was called home to be with her Lord on June 3, 2016 at age 91. She passed peacefully surrounded by family. A native of Chapin, Illinois, she was a long time resident of Denham springs. She was our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and a devoted Christian.

She is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law, Thomas Jr. and Jean Gregory, Denham Springs, Michael Gregory Sr., Denham springs; seven grandchildren, Patti Ballard, Jennifer Gregory, Tammy Gregory, Michael Gregory Jr., Shelby Richard, Beverly Lasseigne, Timothy Bourgeois; thirteen great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Alyssa Ballard, Brooklyn Giovingo, Tre' and Jordyn Gregory, Seth and Cooper Richard, Fawn, John Jr. and Greg Lasseigne, Kristy Rivers, Justin and Heather Bourgeois and numerous nieces and great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Gregory Sr., mother and father Paul Sr. and Clarice Brockhouse, brothers Paul Jr., and Donald Brockhouse, sister Mary Stout, daughters Marla and Beverly Jo Gregory and nephew Joey Brockhouse.

The family would like to thank the wonderful and caring staff at La Maison Nursing Home for the wonderful care Glenoid received. Special thanks to Crystal Alicia and Tammy.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory &Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway on Monday June, 6, 2016 beginning at 9:00am. Services will begin at 11:00am with the burial to immediately follow.
