Geraldine Jurs

Geraldine Braddom Jurs passed away at 1:56 a.m. on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at the Oaks in Gonzales, Louisiana. She was 86 years old, a native of Cooksville, Tennessee and a resident of Baton Rouge. She retired from Montomery Ward. An inurnment will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 23rd in the mausoleum at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her 3 daughters, Diana Payne, Linda Traylor and husband Lynn, all of Texas, and Angela Scavona and husband Jacob of Baton Rouge 2 sons, Sam Yepez and wife Carol of Illinois and John Yepez and wife Cathy, of Michigan 2 sisters, Mid Hessof Michigan, Paulie Humphries of Florida a sisterinlaw, Betty Braddom of Florida 14 grandchildren, including 3 that were very special to her, Kenny Rawlins, Eric Traylor and Brycen Scavona and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Jurs a brother, Edward Braddom and a granddaughter, Tammy Scavona.
