George Thomas

On October 18, 2015 George James Thomas, age 75, fell asleep in death.

He was married to the love of his life, Donna L. Thomas for over 50 years.

He is survived by five loving children, Michele A. Ervin and husband Louis, Jessie J. Currey and husband Jimmy, Lori L. Thomas, His #1 son, John S. Thomas and wife Dana, and Habeeb T. Edwards and husband Jeffery; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 7 siblings, and his first grandson, Brandon B. Nichols.

For over 41 years our father was a faithful, dedicated minister, serving as one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be precede the services starting at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers family and friends may make donations to the world wide work or the charity of your choice.
