Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Wednesday, June 10, from 5 p.m. until service at 6:30 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Jeff Bayhi. Visitation will continue after the service until 8 p.m. Visiting on Thursday from 9 a.m. until dismissal prayer 11 a.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Gene Worthy Jr., Marcy Coon and E.J. Elinburg, and Tracy and Clay Boudreaux; son, George A. Lil' Man III and Susan Hudson; two sisters, Peggy Fugler and Barbara Pate; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, George Achille and Mildred Bayhi Hudson; wives, Carolyn Slaughter Hudson and Darlene D. Monkey David; nephew, Michael Pickle Pate; brothers-in-law, John J. Fugler and Charles Lee Pate; and niece, Jacqueline Pate. Pallbearers will be Charles Slick Pate, Paul T. Pate, Gene Worthy, E.J. Sharp, Clay Boudreaux and Braxton B. Thompson Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Wesley Elinburg, Cody Hudson, Robert Forester and Jay Fugler.
