Frances Gail Hazlip, "Frannie" age 64, passed away on June 27, 2015, at her residence.
Frances is survived by Jan Lamy Adams and her children, David and Morgan Adams; mother, Louise D. Howell and stepfather, Leonard B. Howell, Sr.; sisters, Patricia H. Bankston, Pamela H. Linton and husband Patrick; brother, Leonard B. Howell Jr. and wife Kristi; numerous nieces and nephews; her dog Jack; and special friends, Karen Sanders and Teresa Peterson.
She is preceded in death by her father, John Wesley Hazlip; maternal grandmother, Lucille Arnold Butler, and brother-in-law, John L. Bankston, Jr.
A Celebration of Life service will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. N. Joseph Deumite, Dr. P. Michael Davis, Dr. James Craven, CVT Surgical Center's physicians and staff, sitters Nell and Stephanie, St. Joseph Hospice and Nurse Caroline.
Frances was a devoted 30 year employee of CVT Surgical Center, an avid fisherman, sports fan and Senior Olympian.
