Fern Stanley Kinlein loving wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother and friend, passed away April 4,2012. Fern was born in Crowley, Texas on January 16,1926 to Henry Alvin Stanley and Fay Gilliland Stanley.She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Kinlein, and she is survived by her children Donna Carl, Cheryl Weisman and husband Ray, Pege Fischman and husband Lenny, Randy Kinlein and wife Patti, Debbie Kirsch and husband Mark, Denise Etheridge, Kim Thomas and husband Calvin, 15 grandchildren,and 10 greatgrandchildren. Other survivors include sister Dolores Bolton and husband Bo sisterinlaws Doris McGloin and Lucille Kinlein and numerous nieces and nephews.Fern was loved and admired by many. She was a once in a lifetime kind of person and was revered for her sweetness, kindness, and unwavering belief in God. She had the truest kind of love in her heart for her family and friends and was affectionately known as Mama K. and K.Kee. Fern was very giving and generous to all the charitable organizations she was involved in throughout her life. She spent the last 2 12 years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and was constantly surrounded by her loving family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 9,2012 at St Marys Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lago Vista, Texas. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at St Marys.There will be a reception following the Mass in the Parish Activity Center.
