Ethelie Aubin

A resident of Dallas, Texas and native of Hope Villa, she passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at 6:20 PM at the age of 90. She was retired from Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 12424 Brogdon Ln., Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 8:30 AM until Mass of Christian burial at 10 AM conducted by Rev. Clifton Hill. Burial to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by a niece, Maralyn Cambre of Baton Rouge and children John B. Aubin and spouse Maureen, David F. Aubin and spouse Suzanne, Jan M. Baron, and Margaret R. Aubin, 13 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Junior F. Aubin five sisters, Gladys D. Braud, Gertie D. Hobgood, Marguerite D. Montgomery, Zilphia D. Flexsenhar and Katie D. Pourciau two brothers, Millard B. DeLaune and William Alton DeLaune parents, William Bernard DeLaune and Elizabeth Daigle DeLaune. Pallbearers are Jason Aubin, Joseph Aubin, Justin Aubin, Chris Baron, Kenneth Baron, Kevin Martin, and Jake Carter. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Gonzales.
