Born January 13, 1933, passed Sunday May 29, 2022, at the age of 89. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. No matter where he went, there was always someone he knew. He was loved by many. Ervin loved anything LSU, fishing, hunting, and cooking with family and friends.
Survived by his children Libby Ayo (Kenny) and Paul Jr.; granddaughter Felicia; brothers Ellis Ray and Kerry Parent (Mary); sisters Laura Sharp and Mimi Wood (Jim); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his wife Brenda; daughters Rhonda and Dana; parents Eloise A. and Clay J. Parent; brother Clay Jr., Ernest, Earl Sr., Edward, and Perry; and sister Shirley Babin.
Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, June 6 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, service at 2:00 PM, with burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
