Ellen Woody, age 77, who was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on April 6, 2015, at Our House For Respite.

Ellen is survived by her daughters, Shannon Cangelosi and husband, Carlo, and Charlotte Woody; sisters, Lisette Norman and husband, Mike, and Laurie Baumgartner; brothers, Richard Baumgartner and wife, Rhonda, Robert Baumgartner and wife, Adrianne, and Eric Baumgartner and wife, Mary Lynn; granddaughter, Jessica Millet; and great-grandchildren, Jade and Chase Millet.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Purcell and Phyllis Baumgartner; and brother, Randy Baumgartner.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Friday, April 10, 2015, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, LA, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 10, 2015, at 2:00 PM, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home.
