Edward Daigle, Sr.

A native of Bogalusa and a resident of Springfield, he passed away at 11:22am on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He retired from DSM Copolymer after 43 years of service. Visiting will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Thursday, August 25, 2011 from 4pm until 8pm. Visiting will resume at the funeral home on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 9am until service at 11am. Entombment at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Sandra M. Daigle a daughter and soninlaw, Lori Daigle and M. Scott Dick and their son, Michael son and daughterinlaw, Edward L. Jr and Carlynne M. Daigle and their daughter, Katlyn sister, Dolores Daigle Martin brotherinlaw, Ray Mitchell Jr. and wife Sharon, his son, Ray Mitchell III and his wife, Lyndsey and their children, Joseph, Aubrey and Brayden. He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Mary Ella Daigle. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tn 38105.
