Edward Brabham

Edward "Buzzy" W. Brabham, Jr., age 81, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016.

Edward was a member and past Master of the Baker Lodge #441. Edward was also retired from teaching and coaching at Pride High School, Northeast High School, and Baker High School.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Delores F. Brabham; daughters, Dara Brabham Bennett and husband Butch Bennett of Zachary, LA, Ronda Brabham Kidd and husband Bobby C. Kidd, Jr. of Denham Springs, LA; sons, Mark Edward Brabham and wife Kim of Denham Springs, LA, Eric Malcolm Brabham and wife Shannon of Holden, LA; grandchildren, Jewell Leann Cutrer, Kail Robert Kidd and wife Katie, Kaitlyn Deanna Kidd, Kevin Brabham Kidd, Bradley Bennett, Devin Smith, Derek Smith, and Dylan Smith; great-grandchildren, Kolt Vaughn Kidd, Ethan Smith, Eric Smith, Sofia Smith, and Bentley Smith.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Leona Brabham; sisters, Ollie Sue Brabham and Sylvia Brabham Walters.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Masonic Services will start at 7:00 pm.

Visiting hours will continue on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, from 12:00 pm until Funeral Services at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
