Edith Braud

Edith Joan Gainey Braud passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 12:30 s.m. at the age of 90.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Paul Braud; 3 children, Paul Joan Braud Guzzardo, Gary Paul Braud, and Charles “LuLu” Rene Braud; and granddaughter, Allie Braud; 3 siblings, Loraine, Pearl, and Bud Gainey.  She is survived by 2 sons, John Joseph Braud and Steven James Braud; and 8 grandchildren, Michael Bersuder, David Braud, J.P. Guzzardo, Crystal Braud Leblanc, Chad Guzzardo, Erin Guzzardo, Evan Braud, and Scott Braud.

Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
