Dusty left this life on November 4, 2012 in St. Francisville at the age of 32. He was a loan originator, a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Bishop Sullivan High School. A gifted athlete who excelled at any sport he played, he had a sharp and tenacious mind that could accomplish any challenge he set his mind to. He was a charming, warm, and funny person that won the admiration and friendship from those that met him, and a natural leader that people were drawn to. He proudly served his country in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 256th BTSB in Iraq. He was awarded the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal during his deployment. Those that he served under respected his abilities so much so that they entrusted him with responsibilities beyond his rank.
