Dorothy Dupuy

Dorothy Quinn Dupuy peacefully passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 28, 2013. She was native of Montpelier, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Dorothy was born on May 24, 1918. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church. She found her greatest pride was cooking for her family every Wednesday night. Dorothy found her greatest enjoyment with her gardening and yard work, where she always had a garden full of vegetables. She is survived by her children, Dee Dupuy, Terry Dupuy and wife Nancy, Barry Dupuy and wife Lisa grandchildren, Kevin Dupuy and wife Terri Ann, Darren Dupuy, Leigh Ann Burton and husband Eric sister, ClaraToups and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Edwin Dupuy son, Jerome Dupuy parents and numerous siblings. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816 on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 9:00 am until memorial service at 11:00 am. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Boys Town, 200 Flanagan Blvd., P.O.
