Dorothy Lorraine Brown fell asleep in the Lord at her daughter Kathy’s home on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021, at the age of 91. Born in Clinton, Louisiana to John and Edna Buhler; she spent the remainder of her life in Central, Louisiana. She was a member of Comite Baptist Church. She was married forty-two years to her devoted husband Joseph Linden Brown and made a family in the home they built. Survived by her five children Cecil Brown, Sharon Brown, Kathy (Mike) Lovelace, Linda (Jim) Hogg, David (Debney) Brown; grandchildren, Jeremy, Michael (Jennifer), Jeremiah, Jeffrey, Lauren, James, Gavin, and Joseph; great-grandchildren, Rylee, Jack, and Reed; sister-in-law, Gertrude Buhler; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded by her parents, and husband; siblings Curtis, Edna, Cecil, John, and Vernon; beloved grandchild, Ryan and daughter-in-law, Donna Gayle.
