Dorothy Louise Diamond Bramhall born on February 24, 1952 joined her parents in Heaven on August 11, 2016.
She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Dottie was always a caring, compassionate, friendly, forgiving woman, with an infectious smile, and who loved music listening and dancing, especially to the Chase Tyler Band.
She is survived by her loving family and friends.
Dottie was preceded in death by her parents, Jack L. and Frances E. Diamond. Husband James Bramhall, previous husbands Steve LeBlanc and Frank Jones. Dottie and James had a combined family consisting of children Melissa Bramhall Flaherty, Jessica Bramhall, Katrina Bramhall, Thomas Jones, Christopher LeBlanc, and Stephanie LeBlanc. Sisters Frances Diamond Allen and Mary A Diamond-Stockwell. Grandchildren Jakob Nail, Kennedy Jones, Adriana LeBlanc, Connor Flaherty, Keira Flaherty, and Cole Flaherty as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA, on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, from 6pm-9pm. Visitation will also be held at St. Aloysius Church, 2025 Stuart Ave., Baton Rouge, LA, on Wednesday, August 31 from 11:30am until Mass of Christian burial at 12:30pm. Burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in the Garden of Crucifixion.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to Mary Bird Perkins in the name of Dorothy Bramhall.
