Dorothy Auzenne

Dorothy Auzenne, 82, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013. Native of St. Landry Parish and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, teacher, and sister. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and saying the Rosary with her friends in her Rosary group. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband, Curtis J. Auzenne daughter Cynthia Auzenne Richard and husband Sherman Richard sons Curt D. Auzenne and wife Kerri, and Chris D. Auzenne and wife Rosalind sister Wilda Auzenne Boutte brother Cyrus Auzenne and wife Delores devoted friend Mary Tee Decuir seven grandchildren, Corey Richard, Kyle Richard, Paige Richard, Heath Auzenne, Grant Auzenne, Marissa Auzenne, and Sydney Auzenne and three greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Nola and Lawrence Auzenne and sister Myrtle Broussard. Visitation will be Saturday, July 13, 2013 at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St. George Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70809, from 8 am until funeral service at 10 am. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Corey Richard, Kyle Richard, Heath Auzenne, Grant Auzenne, Sherman Richard, and Alvin Decuir.
