Doris Stafford

A resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, May 30, 2010, at Sherwood Manor. She was 81. Inurnment at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the mausoleum at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her three sons, Lloyd Michael Ramirez, Harold Joseph Ramirez II and John Keith Ramirez and wife Norma Jane sister, Christine Daigre brother, Donald Chaney four grandchildren, James Alex Ramirez, Katherine Ann Ramirez, John Alex Ramirez and Hannah Leigh Ramirez and greatgrandson, Matthew Ramirez. Preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Joseph Ramirez and Joseph Stafford parents, Culbertson and Magdaline Chaney three sisters, Eunice Gilpin, Eula Mae Matherne and Bertie Johnson and brothers, John Adam Chaney, Harold Chaney, Thad Chaney, Floyd Chaney, Lloyd Chaney and Culbertson Chaney.
