A retired admission clerk with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, she died Monday, July 13, 2009, at 2:05 a.m. at Hospice of Baton Rouge Butterfly Wing. She was 87, a resident of Baton Rouge and native of McCall Creek, Miss. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, July 14, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Preston Thompson and the Rev. Tommy Middleton. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dee and David Everett, of Watson; two sons and daughters-in-law, William Billy and Carol Zumbro, of Baton Rouge, and Neal and Phyllis Daves, of Central; sister, Nita Rizzuto, of Baton Rouge; grandchildren, Milton and Christine Schott, Keith and Debbie Schott, Brent and Jennifer Schott, Paula and Chris Dupuy, Carla and Ronnie Eppinett, Melissa and Billy Day, Melanie and Gary Sandifer, Megan and Johnny Black and Matthew Everett; and 19 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husbands, Ellison R. Zumbro and B.E. Daves; parents, Mattie and Lee Arnold; daughter, Gean Lehman; two grandchildren, infant Zumbro and Mallory Everett; and sister, Flora Mae Smith. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
