Everyone that Donna met, she touched in a special way. She was born Nov. 15, 1957, in Aurora, Ill., and passed from this life at 9:10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at her home in Baton Rouge. Many remember her from the 10 plus years at University Methodist Preschool. She finished LSU with a master's degree in social work and worked for Ochsner Medical Center. Her passion was helping others. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Sunday, Jan. 6, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at St. Jean Vianney Catholic Church on Monday from 9 a.m. until Mass at 10 a.m. Burial in Ponchatoula Cemetery, Ponchatoula, at 12:30 p.m. She is survived by her husband, Douglas Disher; son, Josh McEnany and his wife Rachael; daughter, Colleen McEnany; stepson, Lane Disher and his wife Chantell; stepdaughters, Deirdra Disher, Elaina Tircuit and her husband Brad and Marie-Lise Disher; three sisters, Anita Keener, Christina Martineck and Patricia DeVore; brother, James Doug Jones; and stepmother, Marge Jones. Preceded in death by her father, James Thurman Jones; mother, Jean E. Fish; sister, Katherine Sue Stec; and niece, Sarah Jones.
