Donald Sturgeon

Donald Claude Sturgeon, born July 25, 1936, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on April 27, 2018. Donald was married for sixty-two years to Bettie Lou Sturgeon. They first met at Odessa Senior High School in Odessa, Texas. Donald and Bettie had many adventures through their lives. Donald worked as a machinist, a millwright, and finally started his own family business, Professional Car Care. The family owned business has operated for over thirty year. Donald is survived by, four children, Geneva McGlasson her husband Russ, Claude Rene Sturgeon, his wife Andrea, Vandell Sturgeon, his wife Cindy, Vernon G. Sturgeon, his wife Carla; two sister-in-laws- Jeanie Isbell, and Vivian Bean; sixteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A graveside service will take place in the Mausoleum at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Wednesday May 2, 2018 at 10:00A.M..
