Donald J. Mills, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at his home. He was born on September 2, 1942 and was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge. Don is survived by his daughters, Robin Hamilton and Michelle Mills Lavergne son, Donald Mills, Jr. and wife Christa stepson, Dalton Wright twin brother, Ronald Mills and wife Karen brother, William Billy Mills and wife Beverly, David Mills and wife Pearl and Thomas Tommy Mills. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Frances Mills. Don was a graduate of Baton Rouge High School and Louisiana State University Law School. He retired as an Attorney at Law. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 9:45 am at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA 70816.
