Dolores Jones

Delores B. Jones, native of Mobile, Ala. and resident of Baton Rouge, La., passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2012 at the age of 79. She is survived by one daughter and soninlaw, Erin and Chris Dickerson one son, Donald Stadther Jr one sister, Gloria B. Rush four grandchildren, Paige Cox, Justin Stadther, Kelsea Dickerson, and Alex Dickerson and one greatgreat grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, Emerson and Mary Bullock and daughterinlaw, Kathleen Stadther. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, May 24 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and will resume on Friday, May 25 from 9:30 a.m. until religious services at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Tom Dickerson, Emile Talbot, Justin Stadther, Turner Denicola, Lance Dickerson, and Edward B. deVillers, III. Delores was retired from Social Security Administration and La Department of Corrections. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her. Special thanks to Baton Rouge Hospice, Life Source Hospice and her caregivers at The Guest House, Joyce, Tammy, and Sharon.
