Denise Hampshire

A resident of Prairieville, LA and native of Plaquemine, LA, passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012 at Ochsner Medical Center, New Orleans, LA at the age of 46. She was a Certified Public Accountant for Defense Contract Audit Agency for the U.S. Government. Visiting at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St. George Dr., Baton Rouge, LA on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 11 a.m. until Mass of the Resurrection at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Mike Schatzle. Entombment in St. George Mausoleum. She is survived by her husband, David Hampshire father, Marc Troxclair motherinlaw, Dorothy Hampshire two daughters, Anna Hampshire and Emily Hampshire one son, Blake Campbell three step daughters: Michelle Harpster and husband, Sheldon, Angela Liles and husband, Brice, and Lisa Howard and husband, Alvin sister, Cheryl Troxclair brother, Darryl Troxclair and wife, Tracy niece, Atley Troxclair two nephews: Jacob Troxclair and Matthew Hampshire four grandchildren: Mercedez, Clay, Tyler, and to be born in a couple of weeks, Bailey. Preceded in death by her mother, Marce Troxclair. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church. Resthaven Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
