Dena Holt

A certified nursing assistant, she died at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at her home. She was 47 and a resident and native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Thursday, June 10, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until religious service in the chapel at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Ken Carroll. Interment in Magnolia Cemetery. Survived by her parents, retired Navy Chief Petty Officer David I. Roberts and Dee Ann Roberts two daughters, Jill Monroe and Kelly Copenhaver son, Stephen Holt two brothers, Daniel Roberts, and Don Roberts and wife Jeanne and five grandchildren, Jared Monroe, Alyassa Kinchen, Jordan Drake, Brian Drake Jr. and Gavin Boykin. Preceded in death by her brother, David Roberts Jr. She was a member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church.
