A native and resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away at his home on Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at age 49 from brain cancer which he had fought for the past two years. He worked for Andries Vending Toms in Port Allen. A loving husband, son and brother, he is survived by his loving wife, Carol Culbertson Jumonville; parents, Roland and Emily Viccellio Jumonville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet Jumonville Fuselier and Shane Fuselier, and Susan Jumonville Prejean and Kenneth Prejean, all of Baton Rouge; godmother, Elizabeth Lietz; aunts and uncle Margaret Daly, Theresa Yates, Elizabeth and Henry Lietz; father-in-law and mother-in-law whom he loved very much, George and Verda Culbertson, of Port Allen; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth Culbertson, of Port Allen, and Donald and Teresa Holley, of Addis; six nephews, four nieces, two great-nephews, two great-nieces and his dear friends, Doug and Patti Wills, Terri Thomas and Ms. Ginny Parrish. Preceded in death by his godfather, Ernest Viccellio; and grandparents, Joseph and Viola Jumonville and Felix and Anna Viccellio. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Thursday, Jan. 8, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Religious services at St Jean Vianney Catholic Church on Friday, Jan. 9, at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Tom Ranzino. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
