Dan Thompson

Dan Thompson, 34, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2013 at The Spanish Moon. A resident of Baton Rouge, LA and a native of Charleston, WV. Dan was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and also attended an art school in Baton Rouge. He became an accomplished musician playing many instruments, but the drums were his absolute favorite. Dan was an avid art collector that had many different types of unique paintings. He is survived by his father, Jim Thompson and wife Pin four brothers, Rob Thompson, Andy Thompson, Joshuah Thompson, Nakiah Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Rose Tabit Thompson. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 9 am until funeral service at 11 am.
