Clinton M.D.

Clinton passed away peacefully at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice surrounded by his family at 2:46 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012. He was 76, a native of New Orleans and resided in Baton Rouge. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather. He was a retired OBGYN physician. He was a graduate of Rugby Academy in New Orleans, Tulane University and LSU School of Medicine. He did his internship at Baptist Hospital in New Orleans and was voted the Interns Intern of the Year. He was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha. He started his residency in OBGYN at Charity in New Orleans, was drafted into the Navy in 1967, and stationed at Treasure Island in California. He returned to New Orleans to finish his residency. He practiced in Baton Rouge from 1970 to 2007. He is survived by the love of his life his wife of 53 years, Patricia Valeton Aubert children, Pamela Aubert and husband Thomas R. Key Jr., Lisa Aubert and husband Mickey S. Graphia, Jan Aubert and husband Sanford F. Roy, and son, Gary Aubert and wife Rhonda Longino grandchildren, Crystal Aubert and husband Matthew Dees, Mickey and Cody Graphia, Monique and Taylor Cockerham, and Ashley and Forrest Roy and greatgrandchildren, London and Brock Dees. He is also survived by a sister, Carol Ann Aubert and husband Raoul Chamel. He was preceded in death by mother, Helen OKeeffe Aubert and father, Clinton Sidney Louis Aubert. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, on Friday, Feb. 10, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 11, from noon until service at 2 p.m. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family would like to extend a special thank you to St. Josephs Hospice and Dr. Brooks.
