Clint Edward Gainey died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at the age of 53. He was a member of the MidSouth Iron Workers Union of Metarie, Louisiana. He graduated from Redemptorist High School and received a Bachelors degree in Business from LSU. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on May 24, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12 noon. Burial to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Clint Edward Gainey is survived by his mother, Mary Devillier Gainey father, Bethel Edward Gainey his brother, Mark W. Gainey of Baton Rouge, LA his sister, Cynthia K. Lundgren brotherinlaw, James P. Lundgren niece Paige K. Lundgren and nephew, Weston B. Lundgren of Houston, Texas. The family wishes to give a special thanks to Dr. Vermaelon, the LSU medical team, nurses and staff for the compassionate care of Clint during his illness.
