Clay Harrell Jr.

Clay H. Harrell, Jr., native of Baton Rouge and later Gonzales, passed away on August 13, 2012 at the age of 67. He is survived by his two daughters and soninlaw, Tracie and Tre Wharton, and Dawn Lawson five grandchildren, Rebecca and Eric Wharton, Rachel Dickens, Sarah Lawson, Daniel Dickens and wife Stacy former wife, Vera Bowles Harrell three sisters and two brothersinlaw, Lane Jones, Sandy and Louis Dipuma, and Jamie and Richard Garon two brothers and sisterinlaw, Robert Harrell, and Bill and Sandra Harrell. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clay H. Sr. and Dorothy Singleton Harrell. Clay was a retired instrument technician and served in the US Army Reserve. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 10 am until graveside service at 11 am. The family would like to thank so many who cared for him along his journey.
