Charles Edward Arbour, Sr affectionately known to his grandchildren as George passed away March 21, 2020 at the age of 86.
Charles had served as a PFC Radio Technician for the US Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed his family, dog Noah, the great outdoors including camping and fishing. He was also an avid viewer of western TV programs.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years Velton Black Watts Arbour; children: Connie Marie Arbour, Karen Arbour Bracy (Jonathan), Nancy Jo Arbour (Jeannie); stepchildren: Jim Burkhalter, Trent Watts (Helen), Ghia Borel (James); sister Jo Ann Arbour Watts, and a multitude of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister/brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his first wife of 39 years Connie Mae Seal Arbour, son Charles E Arbour Jr., stepdaughter Peggy Watts Burkhalter; parents Allian J. Arbour Sr. and Ethel Blanchard Arbour; siblings: Allian J. Arbour Jr. , Kenneth Arbour, Rowland Arbour, Laura Lee Arbour Messmer, Wanda Fay “Mutt” Arbour Stark, and various sister/brothers-in-law.
