Catherine Patin

Catherine Devillier Patin, 87, passed away at 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Ollie Steele Burden Manor. Catherine was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, a graduate of Istrouma High School, and a retiree of Petroleum Services.

She is survived by daughters, Debbie P. Soileau and Pamela P. Fletcher son, Gregory A. Patin 3 sisters, Mary Gainey, Viola Lambert, and Carolyn Devillier 2 brothers, J. Weston Devillier Jr., John Davis Devillier Sr. four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Gaston Patin her parents, Cecilia Thomassee and Joseph Weston Devillier Sr. her sister, Betty D. Hodges and her brother, Frank Philip Devillier.

Visiting hours will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visiting will resume at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy, on Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 9:00 am until service time. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, conducted by Father Phil Spano. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
