Carvel Sims

Carvel A. Sims was born Sept. 21, 1948 in Baltimore, MA. He lived in Pa until he returned to his family roots in LA to attend LSU. He attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania and worked in research in the early detection of cancer through blood work. He was a member of TKE and served as their treasurer and later on the advisory board. He returned to LSU for a JD in law. He was lawyer in Baton Rouge. He served on the Notary Board and wrote text for notaries. He taught many notaries serving in the Baton Rouge area. He is the author of several science fiction books. His greatest joy was helping other people achieve their goals. Carvel was a child at heart who will be missed by many.
