Carol Gauthier, Jr.

A financial consultant with Wells Fargo and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died at 8:48 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at Ochsner Medical Center in Baton Rouge. He was 63, a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and native of New Orleans. A rosary will be recited at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Old Jefferson Highway, Friday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. Visiting will be from 10:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., celebrated by the Rev. Gerald Young and the Rev. Mike Collins. Entombment in St. George Catholic Mausoleum. He is survived by his wife, Darlene S. Gauthier two daughters, Cheri Price and husband James, and Cristina M. Gauthier a son, Corey M. Gauthier and wife Jennifer three brothers, Henry Gauthier and wife Sandra, Danny Gauthier and wife Sue, and Mitchel Gauthier and wife Judie and five grandchildren, Kayleigh Price, Claire Gauthier, Nicholas Price, Connor Gauthier and Caroline Price. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carol M. Sr. and Alice S. Gauthier. He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, St. Joseph Cathedral and the Knights of Columbus Council 10455. He served on the financial board at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
