Carl Ferrier, Jr.

Carl T was born on August 26, 1935 in Torras, LA, and was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. He passed away on August 14, 2014 in Baton Rouge, LA. He was an allaround athlete and was a football star at Pineville High School. He served in the United States Army, and worked as a commercial truck driver.

He is survived by his sons, Darren and Gil Ferrier daughters, Sheila Goodman and Carlette Crites 9 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren one brother, Jimmie Ferrier Claudette, and halfsister Sissie Dillon Jim. Preceded in death by wife, Beryl Toural Ferrier, parents Carl Sr. and Vivian McMills Ferrier 3 brothers, and 2 sonsinlaw.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Louis King of France Church, Baton Rouge, LA, on Friday, August 22, 2014, at 5 pm, conducted by Fr. Jack Nutter. A memorial gathering is to follow the mass at the Family Center from 68 pm.
