He had a big heart and was very giving toward others. He had a passion and love for LSU Football, for finding and restoring old bottles and astronomy. Shane could get lost in the stars with his telescope.
Through his long struggle - he wanted simply one thing - to go back in time to resume his life - as it was before the accident. One of Shane's favorite sayings was "Don't judge the path I choose to take if you haven't walked the journey I had to make."
A message from Mom - "To my Shane, I will always LOVE YOU and never forget you. The hardest part isn't losing you, it will be learning to live without you".
