Brent Deaville, age 72, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away from cancer on July 31, 2021, at his home surrounded by his family.
Brent was a 1968 graduate of Glen Oaks High School, he later attended and graduated from Automotive and Diesel College in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a licensed plumber for 10 years, spent 22 years as a technician and trainer for TD Williamson Pipeline Services, from where he retired. During his work career he traveled the world experiencing different cultures and making friends along the way. He was dedicated and took great pride in anything he did whether it be professionally or in his personal life. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, his best days were spent at his camp on Belle River, working around the camp, fishing, hunting, crawfishing and catching anything else that was good to eat. He loved people, entertaining, cooking, and was the life of the party always.
A Memorial Service will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70816 on Thursday, August 5, 2021 beginning with visitation from 4pm to 6pm with services at 6pm.
Brent is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patsy Fontenot Deaville; children, Brandi Leblanc and husband Gregg, Ryan Deaville and partner Marie Gill; three grandchildren, Bailey Leblanc, Caden Leblanc, and Grayson Deaville; sister, Sheila Lowe and husband Edward; sisters-in-law, Judy Nettles and husband Rocky, Peggy Meyers and husband Terry, Debbie Harold and husband Ken and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Cassano Deaville Cedotal; father, OJ Deaville; brother, Gene Deaville; grandparents, Mabel Sicard Cassano and Fred Cassano and Telemark and Virginia Armand Deaville.
