A resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 7:55 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at Baton Rouge General Medical CenterBluebonnet. She was 61 and a native of Columbia, S.C. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, Nov. 28, from 6 p.m. until memorial service at 7 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Ken Addison. She is survived by two daughters and a soninlaw, Stephanie B. and Anthony L. Richard, and Shannon Fuller two sisters, Bobbie Tipton and Lydia D. Holly brother, Wayne Christopher Bubba Neeley two granddaughters, Brooke E. Richard and Ava Claire Richard cousin, Donna Vaughn and beloved boxer, Casey.
