Bobby Wilks

Bobby J. Wilks passed away at 5:50am on Monday, September 13 at Harvest Manor Nursing Home. He was 77 years old, a resident of Baton Rouge, and a native of Hebert, Louisiana. He retired from City Parish Government and as a Process Engineer with Dow Chemical. Visiting will be at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway on Saturday, September 18 at 9:30am until service at 11am. Conducted by Rev. Loyd Sowers. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Wilks one daughter and soninlaw, Donna and Kenny Geoghagan two sons and daughtersinlaw, Terry and Lee Wilks and Jerry and Bonnie Wilks eight grandchildren, Terry Steven Wilks, Jr. and wife, Kelley Kevin Geoghagan and wife, Megan Jeffrey Wilks and wife, Sherry Holly W. Hanley and husband, Kevin Jeremy Wilks and wife, Stephanie Kasey Geoghagan Ashley Wilks and Hunter Wilks two great grandchildren, Reilly Wilks and Aiden Wilks four brothers, Vernon Wilks and wife Betty Jo Chester Wilks and wife Betty John Wilks and wife Mert and James Wilks and wife, Colleen. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
