Blake Siemann

Blake Patrick Siemann
was called home on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. He was born on July 10, 1977 and was a native of Baton Rouge. He was a pipefitter by trade and enjoyed watching movies and fishing. He was a very kind and sensitive person. May God wrap him in His arms and give him peace. He was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his daughter, his Sweet Pea, Caroline Grace, his mother Paula, his brother and sisterinlaw, Ryan and Kristi, his nephew, Jacob, his grandmother Lucille Montagnino, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Proceeded in death by his father, Lloyd J. Jay Siemann, Jr., grandparents, Joseph E. Montagnino, Mary Siemann Couvillier, Lloyd J. Siemann, Sr., and aunt Darlene LaPlace.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home on Saturday November 15 at 12pm until services at 2pm. Burial to follow. Funeral will be celebrated by Deacon Pete Walsh. Pallbearers will be Greg Montagnino, Andy Montagnino, Jarrod Tramonte, Ed Eure, Shane Ferguson, and Brandon Daboval. Honorary Pallbearers will be Caroline Siemann and Jacob Siemann.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the physicians and nurses in ICU at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses or to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
