A native of Gillsburg, Miss., he died Thursday morning, Oct. 21, 2010, at his home in Baton Rouge. He was 83. Visiting at Broadmoor United Methodist Church on Saturday, Oct. 23, from 1 p.m. until religious service at 3 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Ken Carroll. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Smith Williams two daughters, Teresa Williams Hotard Breedlove and husband Rick, and Beverly Williams Tuminello son, Carrol Stewart Williams and wife Deborah, of Metairie brother, Donald Beverly Williams and wife Faye, of Katy, Texas and four grandchildren, Chad Joseph Hotard, Layne Elizabeth Hotard, Paul Andrew Drew Tuminello and Andrea Michelle Tuminello. Preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Allie Williams two brothers, L.D. and Reggie Williams and a sister, Noraleen Williams Ivy.
