Billie Long

Billie S. Long, resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2012 at the age of 82. Billie was a retired registered nurse at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Buck Long two sons and daughtersinlaw, David and Karen Long, and Steve and Meg Long four grandchildren, Autumn Crochet, Eleanor Long, Matt Long, and Kate Long and three greatgrandchildren, Eva, Lauren, and Maria Crochet. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lytle and Reda Samples. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 from 9 am until funeral service at 11 am. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
