Beverly Lieux

A retired accountant and a resident of Palm Harbor, Fla., she died at 6:06 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2008, at Mease Hospital in Clearwater, Fla. She was 68 and a native of Ville Platte. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, April 21, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, April 22, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Milford Walters. Entombment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. She is survived by two daughters, Toni Marie Chauvin and Bernice Manuel Ruby; a son, Kirk Manuel; a sister, Susalyne Rose Avery; a brother, Jules Phillip Fontenot; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, K.P. Fontenot; mother, Ivaure Soileau Fontenot; and two brothers, J.C. Fontenot and Nickey Fontenot. She attended Sacred Heart High School in Ville Platte, T.L. Harris School of Business in Opelousas and Missionary Training Instiute in Baker. She was a former member of Bethany. She enjoyed painting, crafting and fishing. I love you.
