Beverly Gahn

A retired registered nurse with Womans Hospital, she died at 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 78, a resident of Baton Rouge and native of Rochester, N.Y. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Friday, July 9, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at St. George Catholic Church on Saturday, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Mike Schatzle, celebrant. Entombment in St. George Mausoleum. Survived by her husband, Terry Gahn two daughters, Cheryl Gahn, and Donna and husband Dary Glueck four sons, Terrence R. Jr. and wife Rose Gahn, Joseph P. and wife Barbara Gahn, Peter A. Gahn and Paul R. Gahn sister, Susan Shire eight grandchildren, Nicholas Glueck, Traci Riley and husband Chris, Ben Glueck and wife Susie, Emily Gahn, Robert Glueck, Samantha Gahn, Alexandra Gahn and Alexis Gahn and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Kathleen Ade and sister, Gwendolyn Ade. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul 220 St. Vincent de Paul Place, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802.
